Recently my step-mom retired and she has been spending a lot of time down south in Key West. So what better way to celebrate her birthday then with a key west cake. One of the things she likes to do is have some wine on the beach and watch the sunset. I tried to represent some of those things here, while keeping it fairly simple. The cake was marble with vanilla butter cream.

Key West Birthday
